With the recent publicity surrounding the hurricane season in Florida, I thought that it is important to communicate directly to the AETA membership on the status of this year’s annual meeting. First and foremost, we are on schedule and ready for a terrific meeting!

Tampa has been unaffected by the latest barrage of hurricane activity. As reported on MSNBC, “the hurricane had only affected a small portion of the state and the rest of Florida was open for tourists.”

AETA headquarters is working with Marriott Tampa Westshore contacts and has been assured that our hotel has been unaffected by the recent weather issues. I urge you to keep checking the AETA meeting website where all future meeting updates will be posted.
